Leadership

Create self-awareness and psychological safety

It might be useful to have a leadership model or buzzword, but we believe it’s much better to build self-awareness, psychological safety, team understanding and identity first. That will make you a human leader, rather than someone who leads by the (currently popular) book.

Leaders that create the right team conditions and understand themselves and their people on a human level don’t have to spend most of their time troubleshooting. It helps if they’re also confident communicators and emotionally resilient too – so if this is the first page on our site you’ve seen, check out how we amplify resilience and amplify communication too.
