Resilience

Proactively build protective resources

Resilience is a word many companies use, and completely misunderstand what it actually means. It is not about powering through; throw out that “keep calm and carry on” mug on your desk.

We help people understand their own reactions to challenges – which are often linked to change. We then give them tools to own, learn and grow from these experiences. Rather than being battered down by them.

Key topics

Our resilience programme topics range from physical energy to mental reframing to creating a positive working environment. Many clients weave these in to their leadership programmes too.

All our sessions can be run in a variety of ways from short interactive webinars suitable for large groups, to a half or full day workshop (online or in person) for a group of 10-15 people.
