Who We Are
Amplify is founded and run by Jen Toll (née Rolfe), who has worked as a learning designer, facilitator and consultant for nearly 20 years.
She has used both her MSc in Natural Sciences (Psychology) from Cambridge and her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from UEL to research, create and facilitate programmes with people in almost every industry and across the globe.
